Starting It All Out

How does one start an e-portfolio?
I guess, it's best to start by knowing just what the term implies. Otherwise, everything will not make any sense.
According to Wikipedia, an electronic portfolio, also known as an e-portfolio or digital portfolio, is a collection of electronic evidence assembled and managed by a user, usually on the Web. Such electronic evidence may include inputted text, electronic files, images, multimedia, blog entries, and hyperlinks. An e-portfolio can be seen as a type of learning record that provides actual evidence of achievement. E-portfolios, like traditional portfolios, can facilitate students' reflection on their own learning, leading to more awareness of learning strategies and needs.
At the beginning of the term, I didn't feel at all enthusiastic to be back in the academe because I thought that at 37, I was too old to be pursuing a masters degree. I should've done this at a much younger age. But then perhaps, if I were to believe in Divine Plan, this could be the time God prepared for me. While I felt hesitant --- doubtful even, at the onset, I noticed that as days went by, I became more and more engrossed in my studies. And best of all, I found myself enjoying every moment of it. Honestly, there were times when the burden of the requirements, reports and researches would get the better off me, but I hurdled them victoriously altogether. The camaraderie and the air of cooperation among my classmates also contributed greatly to everything.
Nonetheless, I'd like to share this blog entry I wrote right after the first meeting:

And because I don't want to rewrite what happened when we were sent to the cyber library for our Tsunami report, I'd just as well post the link for easy access:
